A fire broke out around 9 p.m. Monday at the Cargill soybean processing plant in Wichita, Kansas, after a soybean dryer caught fire inside the facility.

The fire was brought under control just before 12:30 a.m., but re-sparked early Tuesday morning, prompting crews to remain on scene. No injuries were reported. Could THIA have prevented this fire?
