When Rural Metro Fire and the Oregon Department of Forestry’s Southwest Oregon District responded to a dark column of smoke, they discovered an RV engulfed in flames.

Because the fire was in a remote location, only small vehicles were able to access the scene. A witness believes the fire started inside the RV, but the official cause remains under investigation. No injuries were reported. Could THIA have prevented this wildfire?
